90s/00s Niki by Niki Livas Black Velvet Halter Beaded Floor length Gown

Ooh, this gown is gorgeous! Take a look at the beading on the back—like a star bursting and sending sparkles down your back, all the way to the ground! The rich velvet fabric has stretch to it, to caress your figure and allow ease of movement. In excellent pre-loved condition! I don’t see any missing beads. It is a little small for my dress form—hence the open zipper on the side (it is not broken!) Please note measurements: Length 50.5” in front, 54” back; Bust 15” under breasts, about 18 over; Waist 14.5”; hips 18”.
