90s/00s Olive Green Button Down Dress

This dress is in very good condition with the exception of a hole in the front and back on the lower part if the skirt. If you were to cut and hem the and shorten it a bit the holes would be gone and it would be good as new. The hole is near the height of the Button button. Tagged a medium and true to size.
