NWT velour draw strings, missing one silver end cap, see pic #4 lined - poly n spandex thick elastic waist band silver sequins on taupe background side pockets waist approx 16.5" laying flat inseam approx 15.5" - very loose fitting, roomy n comfy! dry flat, do not wring the 10/12 on tag - #10 out of 12 items made - it is not the size!
