Maeve brand sold by Anthropologie navy blue puffer vest. This includes two pockets, high neck, and zipper and button down closure. There are drawstrings on the inside to adjust the waist. You will see I photographed a boxy look where the drawstrings aren’t used and a more cinched waist look. This could also accommodate many sizes depending on desired fit. There are button clasps around the inside of the arms which suggests this went with sleeves or a coat but you would never know when looking at the best on. The extra fabric on the shoulders give this such an elevated look! No signs of wear other than minor stinking from storage.
