ARK & CO Fringe Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @deedeejean22. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I 💖 this & am only selling b/c it's too big. I never even got to wear it! It's so gorgeous with it's 1920's vibes. It has crochet at the neckline & dip dyed fringe covering the bodice. It's ombre, going from cream to a turquoise blue. Fully lined & in perfect condition.
