Pretty deep darker Blue and black twist skirt, with an elastic waist band and flattering ruching. These skirts literally go with everything and are very comfortable. Size Xsmall and fits TTS. Best for size 0-2 or a petite 4 like I am. Never worn, I have a couple in other colors I wear more.
