Delicate yet easy to wear! This dress has a little crinoline in the skirt for extra sweet flair but there is cotton between the kiddos legs and the crinoline so no swoosh sounds of complaints of scratchy areas. Comfortable and just darling! Has been worn but in EUC. A pale blue floral cream come true! The top is white eyelet and just adds to the cuteness!
