It buttons up the froont and is yolked around the neckline. It has 2 buttons on each sleeve cuff. There are 2 extra buttons attached to the inside side label in case you need them. This blouse is in excellent used condition with no flaws anywhere that I can find. To me, it looks like it was barely if ever worn.
