VELVET Ivory Ruffle Silk Bow Tank is adorable! Like new cotton ruffle tiered top with silk bow by Velvet. Four tiers go all the way around the top, including the back. Two of the ruffles are a larger tonal stripe and two are a smaller tonal stripe. This tank has some very minor pilling. Please see photos. Otherwise great condition! Underarm to underarm is approximately 17”. Top of shoulder to bottom hem is approximately 22-1/2”.
