@edski hello! Per the jeweler it is solid 14k white gold. The watch face displays the manufacturer name Roxy. The band closing mechanism is marked “Gemex” and “Made in USA” with a patent #. No other hallmarks found. I’ve updated the listing w/additional photos of the strap closure. I hope that’s helpful! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
