Apt. 9 Stretchy Black Foldover Waist Skirt

Super soft & comfy! I’ve worn this as a beach coverup too, as like a short tube dress. No inside tag unfortunately, I’m pretty sure I removed it because it was itchy. It was most likely a size L, I added measurements in the photos.
