These ponchos are adorable, The measurements are 16" across and 15" from top to bottom flat lay on size 2T. 15 1/2" across and 14 1/2" from top to bottom size 18mth. They look bigger they a but I guess they are supposed to because they are ponchos. I have 2 in size 2T and 1 in size 18mth Cross-posted 0271
