Are fabric lined.) with metal front zipper, 2 front pockets & fleece lined attached hood with pull cord, cinched waist. Jacket sets at waist or slightly below waist. Waist is cinched with elastic (35" all around waist before stretch). Measurements in photos. Outer made of nylon, inner made of polyester. Both non-stretch. Color most accurate in first 4 photos.
