Great condition. From a 2006 eBay purchase. Has been used briefly maybe once every 4-5 years. Cable has been modified to use COAX (which also unintentionally doubles as a TV antenna). Comes with 1 third-party joystick and 2 paddle controllers, which have corks in place of the original missing knobs. Does not come with the AC adapter, sorry!
