Banana Republic skater dress 2P

Banana Republic fit-and-flare skater-style twirl dress with in black and patterned chiffon. Women's size 2 petite. Black structured framing at the waist and neckline, with cutouts on the back of the shoulders. An amazingly flattering and multipurpose dress, machine washable and great for traveling since it doesn't wrinkle. Fully lined with zipper up the back. The floaty top layer is patterned in black, white, and very pale pink. Measurements: waist laid flat is 13" across, top length shoulder to the waistband is 13" and full length shoulder to the hem is 32 inches. VGUC; very slight signs of wear on the lining.
