Beautiful Betsey Johnson Dress With Bell Sleeves

Totally fun dress in great used condition. No stains. It does have a tiny rip where the stitching above the zipper came undone. It can be repaired/ hand sewn. You can’t see it when you have the dress on so it does not detract from the wearability of the dress. Please see photo. This dress features short bell sleeves, a v-neck, and a hidden side zip closure.
