This item is used but I only used it twice, so it’s still practically new. It was a little harsh on my sensitive skin. I am missing the concentrate and original box. You can buy the concentrate separately through Sephora or use another exfoliating serum. I also read you can use just water, but I personally have never tried that. I have sanitized it!
