Elastic Waist and they have snaps starting at the hem and going up about 12" for easy on / off with shoes / boots They are basic and plain and look Unisex to me (pull on / no front opening) Approximate Measurements: Waist 14" with lots of stretch to about 17-18" Inseam 31-1/2" Outer is 100% Nylon / Lining is 100% PVC Label says Belstaff / Designed in England / Made in China (I double-checked and Belstaff does manufacture in China) Cannot be machine washed or dried and cannot be drycleaned / Must be cleaned by wiping with non-biological liquid soap and water and drip dried.
