Betmar Women’s Black Wool Cloche Hat, preowned in EUC. Very clean, very minor signs of wear. Please review all photos for accurate depiction of condition. (The white spots on the hat band are the light reflecting on the braided band) This is an adorable cloche hat that has an asymmetrical design when worn with the label at the back of the neck as would be expected.
