Vintage 1963 Betty Crocker’s Cooky Book Cookie First Edition Fifth Printing Classic Recipes Nostalgic Holiday Cookies Hardcover I’m sure you remember this book from your grandmother or mom, it will bring back awesome childhood memories. More than 400 recipes, dozens of appetizing full color photographs and sketches. It’s in great vintage condition, don’t expect it to be in perfect brand new condition….that’s not vintage. No stains or ripped pages, just a little love. While it has been reprinted over the years, the cover changed, some of the recipes have also been changed in the newer versions, this is 1st Edition 5th printing. I also believe the spiral bound metal edge works well at keeping the book flat when opened to read the recipe. Personal note Is it cookie or cooky? I inherited this book and other cookbooks from my grandmother ages ago and never used them … just stored in my kitchen cabinet. I think it’s neat that the price of $1.69 is written in pencil on the front page- no actual store tag.
