Black Suede Over-The-Knee (OTK) Tall Heeled Boots

These boots are sexy and versatile! Material is black suede and the tops of the boots can be worn tall over the knees or folded over for a shorter look. Measurements shown for both options. Design features inside partial zippers to slide on and zipper easily. The block heel height measurements are also shown.
