Like new! Never worn! Straps are adjustable. You can have the straps cross like an X in the back or leave them as they are. Ties on the side to cinch it to your liking. Bra-like padding on the bust, there is no actual underwire however the cups are supportive like a bra. Not willing to sell seperately. Not sure on brand as it is not listed on the tag.
