nyshoelover @mair14565 the material is 100% cotton. It can certainly be high waisted as it’s just a wrap so you can tie it wherever you want. On each end of the long material is a string to tie and there is a keyhole to wrap. I’ll post a photo shortly.

nyshoelover @mair14565 it’s not super see through but it is somewhat sheer. Once you wrap it the material is layered so it’s less so. It’s meant as a bathing suit wrap, not a skirt for everyday life.
