downsnups @paperdol1 hi there, to me Cos shoes almost always run slightly bigger. Width is medium. However that’s my personal experience and everyone is different.

polinade could you possibly provide insole measurements? I am a true size 8us but also generally wear 38 in European sizes, so a little unsure of the fit
