mariela0317 how much does the smocking stretch out? what's the bust & waist measurement stretched out?

evygracecloset @mariela0317 A good amount, because there is smocking in the front and back, as well as the adjustable tie! I can stretch pit to pit flat it to ~19/20" and waist to ~17" flat. With no stretch they are Pit to pit flat: ~17.5" waist flat: ~14"
