Caslon black ruffled bell sleeve knit top/sweater. New with tags from Nordstrom Rack. Size small. The material is like a very lightweight knit sweater, 100% cotton. See pic of tag for care instructions. Measurements are chest 17 inches across, length 20-3/4 inches from top of shoulder down. Length of sleeve from the top of shoulder is 12-1/2 inches long.
