Blue and white striped mini dress from Charlotte Russe. Purchased a long time ago, has never been worn, and has been kept in great condition. Made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex, the dress is soft, stretchy, and form fitting. Very minor, unnoticeable threading torn off of the lower left seam as seen in photo
