It is fully lined, the hoop is incorporated into the dress with several layers of graduating tulle creating a perfect amount of fullness without the extra bulk of a separate hoop shirt. The sweetheart neckline is made with a sheer coordinating fabric that has flower details with a center gem for extra sparkle. It's also constructed with a hidden side zipper and hook closure for the waist ruffling while the bow stays tied perfectly in place in the back of the dress.
