The ornament depicts 3 carolers and music notes It is marked on the front of the caroler's songbooks, "Cayman Islands." There is some discoloration to the back of the box, possibly due to age. I don't know the age of this item. The paint has a rough texture due to the nature of the sand dollar. Appears hand painted. Minor crazing. There is a small chip on the right side.
