Coast Karen Millen Sheer Tunic Top Size 10 Black Silver Metallic Shirt Cocktail

On the front, top of shirt, there is a spot that looks like black threads are thicker. I am not sure if it was made that way or not and wanted to point it out, see last pic.  Otherwise, is in very good used condition. Does not come with cami. Sheer.
