Coldwater Creek NWT Blue shell multi strand necklace

This is New with tags and vintage! My husband gave this to me years ago and I never wore it! Please don't tell! Please see photos. The left side is a little tangled, I think with patience, It will be easy to untangle. I don't have patience. 🤪
