janadair @mary_goodnight This is whst I found - Buffet Servers and their white lids are made of the same Pyroceram formula as Corning Ware. The Bakelite knobs used from 1964-1967 are safe for Microwave and Stove top use, however, Bakelite will begin to blister at oven temperatures exceeding 350F degrees so use caution.
