Designer Cocktail Belt with silver topaz stones and mesh snake buckle

This FABULOUS cocktail belt is the perfect piece to dress up a simple outfit ! The buckle is dark silver mesh in figure eight loops with 3 large stones that are a silver topaz color. The buckle is in overall good condition with only a few minor scratches on the stones. The belt is made of a stretchy elastic type material. Minor discoloration on the fastener part of the belt, which is not obvious as it will be in the back. The metal that attaches the buckle is also slightly discolored. I don't feel either of these are that noticeable or that they detract from this beautiful belt, but I wanted you to be aware.
