Dog Harness Vest Custom made used ONCE S/M

Red washable cotton blend dog harness vest with Velcro closures. Neck measures 10" at the tightest(with the velcro fitted evenly together, can be tighter) to a bit over 12" at what I would consider the loosest, which is about 2" of overlap with the velcro. Could be larger depending on your dog's walking style (do they pull). Girth is 16" at the smallest(with the velcro fitted evenly together, can be tighter) to 18.5" at what I would consider the loosest, which is about 2" of overlap. Could be made larger depending on how much overlap you want with the velcro She wore this ONCE and it has been washed/dried
