size small, would fit a cat or a small dog. Two hook and loop strips, one on the neck and one on the underbelly. There is a hood that they probably wont wear long and flip it off like my cat did. The scales have a metallic sheen, the dragon or dino, whichever you want to call it is a tan brown color. Good used condition. 22" total length including tail. Would be good on a cat (mine is 10lbs) or a small dog.
