Dress Forum Los Angeles Print Dress

This is such a cute & fun dress w. cropped sleeves. It is gently used. High Waist is 15", overall length is 50". I'm 5'-4" and the length is perfect for me. The cuffs are super small though, at 4.5"W. They fit my abnormal skelton arms but they are small and may need tailoring.
