New never been worn. Embroidered and embellished women long vest/cardigan. Can be worn with pants, dresses or over shorts. I added measurements of pot to pit as well as length of dress. Measurements are in pictures they are taken when the garment is laying flat and relaxed. They are approximate measurements. This garment can me worn reversible as well. Hot pink on the inside and multi color on the outside. Belt is not included in purchase but will make to provide a belt to match the outfit for free if interested.
