EUC 1960s Handmade Royal Blue Velour Silver and Gold Sequined Trim Mini Dress

**There are no tags. Outer material is velour, and lining feels like it could be an acetate. The measurements(pictured above) make me believe this is about a womens modern XS. All meausrements were taken with the garment laying flat.** This is a gorgeous 1960s mod handmade velour classic mini dress! Sizing is approximately a modern womens XS. High mock neckline, with 3/4 sleeves. Gold and silver sequined trim. Talon zipper back clousre. Deep royal blue velour. The inner lining is slightly separated from the zipper area of the dress on the inside(not noticable from the outside), and there is one small imperfection on one sequined arm cuff.
