EUC Reformation Othello Dress in Florence

Reposhing this item that was marked as new. There are no flaws, stains, holes or otherwise but I suspect it may have been washed as this material shrinks when washed. The dress runs very small and in my opinion fits like an XS or a 2 but the size is an 8. Approx measurements in the pics.
