cecay @shirleywoodcock Good evening! I went to USPS. I have not heard back from Poshmark yet. I met with the supervisor at the location I sent the package off from. He said the only way to fix this is by filing a claim. Here is the thing..if I file a claim they will send me the money so I believe it is best for you to file the claim so they will send you the refund.

cecay You should not have to pay for the vandalization of the package! I hope you can get the stains out of the shorts!! But, if not you should get them for free after filing a claim and getting refunded by USPS. I will provide you with the date I sent it off and the tracking number. Thank you for not blaming me!! Even though it is not my fault I want to make things right, and I am very upset you did not receive the package in the condition I sent it.

cecay If Poshmark emails me back I will let you know what was said but, this really is a USPS problem so I think it is best for you to file a claim with them and be refunded for the shorts you purchased.

shirleywoodcock @ktmracer327 if you find that annoying you could just patch them ..I know that there are these nice patches that you can get at Wal-Mart and they come in all denim colors and you just turn them inside out and iron them on and the look GREAT! I have used them:) I like distressed jeans too! But I have had the distressed areas get larger with wear or even in the wash? ? So I have used them and they work great! I noticed that now they are using like a similar patch on most jeans

shirleywoodcock @ktmracer327 like Rock Revival jeans and other expensive jeans so the distressed areas are reinforced so this does not happen. ..which is great! Of course they are not patches per say but reinforced :) I did not do that to the jeans because I wanted to disclose all information on the jeans and not make it look like I was hiding or not letting Posher's know that that was there? If that makes sense? I would of gladly done that for you :) but I would of had to keep them a little longer and
