Early 2000s Andrea Jovine Formal Dress

This is a very well made unique dress in that it has a cut out areas with thin mesh covers and outlined by velvet. Sleeveless but you can wear something inside in white or cream color and it will be as pretty as without it. Made with stretchy wool. The measurements are 16.5” bust, 6” neck opening, 38.5” length from the top of the dress to the bottom. The size is noted S, but because of stretchy fabric, I think small medium person will fit well into this dress. Comes from pet friendly and smoker home.
