The design is such that the cuff hems appears frayed as though they have been “cut off” however they are even and sewn to keep from unraveling. These jeans are in excellent condition - no stains/holes/damage. 98% Organic Cotton, 2 % Elastane. Inseam approximately 28”. Offers welcome especially when combined with other items.
