I know you say its flexible....so, is it oversized? looks like loose fit? is it considered long sleeves or just drape around arms? thank you

@gotrump It is basically a cape with large open arm holes, the pit to pit is about 28", would be described more as short sleeve. It is all very loose and drapey(is that a word?:)
