Escada cream colored stretch denim w/ gold accent, cropped

Escada cream colored stretch denim w/ gold accent, cropped length 26” inseam, 37” total length top to bottom. Marked size 40. Waist measurements equate to a size 10 Escada emblem and pockets done w/ gold embroidery. See final 2 photos for small imperfections - 1 pin size dot on back of leg and some very minor discoloration in a couple of areas near bottom of pants. Very well may come out with laundering.
