Dress is a black Evan Picone Evening size 6 made in the USA. It is black with a sheer overlay which has a rhinestones on it. It is 100% polyester and dry clean only. It is a sheath dress. Underarm to underarm measurement 18 and 1/2 inches. Waist area is about 18 inches and the hip area 19 inches. Length 36.5 It is lined with a polyester lining. The sleeves are sheer and the back scoops down low Excellent pre-owned condition. No tears, rips, stains, or snags noted Buttons and/or zipper intact and functional.
