The fur trim is real, I believe it's coyote but I can't be too sure. Leather details but most of the fabric is poly cotton blend. It's very thick and plush. Full front zip up with fold over buttons. Lots of pockets with zipper and snaps. Quilted inside with additional pockets. Hood is attached. For extreme cold, this will keep you warm. As stated it's heavy, physically probably weighs several pounds. Vintage brand, made with high quality materials.
