Express Floral Pencil Skirt

Lace Floral, black and purple pencil skirt. Size 9/10. Skirt has one run in the fabric, that is barely noticeable ( see 3rd photo). Other than that, the skirt is in great condition. Skirt zips and has a slit in the back. Very pretty skirt. Measurements were taken with skirt laying laying flat. Waist: 16 inches Length: 21.25 inches Measurements are approximate. bn19
