This is a leopard print V neck dress from Express. It is long sleeved. The sleeves are slightly looser and then come in at the wrist. The neckline is v neck and below the V there is ruching on the front. The dress is knee length and the bottom is a more fitted style. There is a split hem on the bottom left side. This dress is a XS and is new with tags. The dress does have a liner in it.
