Express cut off sleeve shirt

This is a beautiful color it’s like orange mixed with pink. It’s so pretty and it’s got lace on the top. I’ve never tried it on because it doesn’t fit me but it’s regular $39.50 and I wanna say it could go off the shoulder, the lacy part! but I’m not too sure it’s a size extra small it is express don’t be afraid to make me an offer
