nykol @alannaax0 I'm right there with you- have no clue why they even have a button to report replicas and they haven't done a thing to stop it. It's been months and the same accounts are still going strong selling to unsuspecting buyers. The replica bedding is something new to me... I've seen some try and sell for $200 plus and I'm sure the quality is awful. VS Real stuff has its ups and down with quality but any replica item I've seen looks super cheap.

fashionboost I used to have these types of listing in my closet warning people of fakes and I had so many girls who had 100k followers get mad for me calling them out that they went and started labeling me a scammer so that no one would believe me or buy from me! It's sooo sad ☺️

It keeps getting worse and worse and it's pretty ridiculous that more closets haven't been closed because it's illegal to sell counterfeit items.

They've gotten better quality with the counterfeits over the years but back in the day they were clearly fake bags and people still tried to pass them off as authentic. With resale sites like this it's easy to continue to flood the planet with the knockoff garbage and hopefully the admins find ways to shut people down from selling them through their platforms.

nykol @haleymarvel13 What's up with the reselling of display items and mannequins? A while back a girl who said she worked at corporate said that it's illegal and people shouldn't have access to them because the store is to destroy them once finished. Do you know anything about that?

haleymarvel13 @nykol When we get items returned to us we must destroy everything!! For The manikins and other display things I'm not 100% sure because if they gave it to their employees to keep for example if they shut the store down or they got new manikins in it becomes the employees property. I'll check with my GM and find out.

It's a hard one to explain. I have gotten manikins and displays before but never sold them.

nykol @veronicamonell Hey girl, so I know they're fake because I'm a PINK addict and VS never made all those towel designs. If you look at my listing above you can see there's unfortunately tons of fake PINK being made and the common sites where they can be purchased. Sellers buy them for cheap and resell at higher prices and act like they're authentic, so unsuspecting buyers are then stuck with counterfeit cheap garbage.

nykol @veronicamonell If I knew I could make $500 by getting an item while the bosses turned their heads, I may consider it- but these girls had no shame and were telling some crazy stories.... it was just hilarious to hear what some of them did to get items. I remember one girl got stuck in the dumpster, had to call for help, wouldn't let the mannequin go so it look a super long time for her to get out!

nykol @aadri728 All the towels in the picture are fakes so if the ones you receive look like the pictures that means you were still given counterfeit items. I would contact the seller immediately to try and get a refund! Also, the PINK lanyard your selling is a replica.... the blankets also probably fakes because the real ones have authentic PINK packaging, not plastic like yours (the fakes quality is also different and they typically don't have PINK tags stitched to them).

Poshmark has certain community members help them keep POSH safe by reviewing listings to stop items that aren't permitted and I help them with that typically on a weekly basis. It really depends on the managers I think because my old manager let us take displays especially if they were cracked or we got new ones but there was another manager who said that they are not allowed to do that... so really I think it's all about the person who is responsible for the display stuff ...

nykol @agonza03 Yup, there’s so many fake socks out there. I was duped into getting some too as they have changed the styles and the ones I purchased looked legit. I got them and they were rough feeling, had major thread sticking out on the inside, were tight and uncomfortable. They get them for a couple cents a pair then jack up the prices to resell them. I’d rather pay more for authentic quality items as I don’t do fake/replica items.

nykol @glittergod1986 Yes everything on her page is not authentic- report her listings. If Support doesn’t shut her closet down in a few days for being entirely stocked with replica/counterfeit merchandise then take some screenshots and send a message directly to Support. They get bombarded with the requests sometimes so I’ve contacted them directly after multiple items have been sold from one seller that are counterfeit and it’s moved the process along.

I think the main issue is that people aren’t educated enough to know that PINK doesn’t sell individual socks wholesale. So they think they’re getting a good deal when in reality they receive them and they are garbage.

I pulled back from buying online because in the last few months I’ve been sold counterfeit UGGs and Timberlands on here.... if people valued integrity it would make the online shipping experience so much more enjoyable!
